Rachell Ellen Wong
A rising star on both the historical performance and modern violin stages, violinist Rachell Ellen Wong has performed throughout the United States and Canada, as well as in the UK, Canada, Italy, Costa Rica, Panama, China, and New Zealand.
Recipient of a 2020 Avery Fisher Career Grant, she is a sought-after collaborator, and her reputation as one of the top historical performers of her generation has resulted in appearances with such respected ensembles as the American Bach Soloists and The Academy of Ancient Music, and tours with Bach Collegium Japan, Les Arts Florissants, and others.

Hailed by Alex Ross in The New Yorker for his “flawless technique and keen musicality,” cellist Coleman Itzkoff enjoys a diverse career as a soloist, chamber musician, and educator. Recent season highlights include solo performances with the Houston Symphony, San Diego Symphony, Cincinnati Chamber Orchestra, San Jose Chamber Orchestra, American Youth Symphony at Walt Disney Concert Hall, and chamber music performances at Caramoor, YellowBarn, Union College, and Marlboro Music Festival.
Coleman demonstrates versatility and command of a wide variety of musical styles, equally comfortable with Renaissance and Baroque music played on period instruments as he is with the eclectic and evermore technically challenging music of today.
Darby Wagner
Darby Mae Wagner is a Brooklyn-based writer, creative producer, and sommelière with several years of experience in the creative + hospitality sectors. in June of 2021, she launched GNOSES [noh-siz], a liminal and cyclical space - and roving arthaus - she describes as "the 'hypgnostic' interplay between cultures at large, the human spirit and the natural world," with the first event taking place on the rooftop of Sitopia in Mexico City. exploratory and collaborative, GNOSES celebrates community, ancestral traditions, and local activism through the creation of intimate, artistic and epicurean experiences.
Zacarías González
A chef and multi-disciplinary artist from the Cuban diaspora, Zacarías González is the founder of Ediciones, a New York based studio + experimental lab cultivating relationships with agricultural systems and community. Their focus is bringing people together through food, culture, and design. Ediciones produces projects that focus on future food systems, the social and environmental impacts of industrialized food, and envisioning ways to create community.
Some of their recent works have been with MoMA, MoMa PS1, Pioneer Works, Sky High Farm, and Vogue México y Latinoamérica. In 2022, they were recognized by The World’s 50 Next Chefs and the Basque Culinary Center for their work in changing the future of gastronomy.
